What is Vista Eyeglasses Return Policy?

All sales are final on Vista Eyeglasses Repair Inc. However, we take an active role in each and every purchase made on our website to ensure that each customer has a great experience. A buyer may open a case with us if they have not received their order or the item they receive is not as described within the listing. This means a buyer may not return an item they purchased on this website if the item simply does not fit or they no longer want the item – as long as we’ve accurately described the item in the listing.

If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report this issue to us within 3 days of delivery through Email. When a case is opened, the buyer is asked to send photos and offer details of the item. If the return is verified, we ask the buyer to pay for shipping of the item to Vista Eyeglasses and we'll offer them store credit only. We encourage buyers to carefully review the listing photos, description and item condition. If you have any questions, please email us for additional details, such as measurements or additional photos, we are more than happy to provide any additional information.

Buying: If you agree to purchase an item through the service and confirm the transaction in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the Vista Eyeglasses (e.g., with respect to the listing price), unless the transaction is prohibited by law or these Terms of Service, subject to the return procedure described below.

Shipping: Upon the confirmation of any purchase transaction through the service and payment of the required amount. Vista Eyeglasses  must ship the purchased item to the buyer using the shipping label (and corresponding shipping method) required by Vista Eyeglasses Repair Inc. within 5 days after receipt. You should periodically visit this page to review the current terms of service so you are aware of any revision to which you are bound. It is your responsibility to regularly check the service to determine if there have been changes to these terms of service and to review such changes.
